BakerRipley is one of Houston’s largest nonprofit organizations, serving more than 100,000 people each year through education, housing, immigration, and health services.
I led the website’s design direction and UX, creating a flexible digital platform that could support many different programs while still feeling unified, warm, and human. The goal was to transform a complex, content-heavy organization into an experience that felt approachable, trustworthy, and easy to navigate for the families and communities it serves, while giving internal teams a system they could actually maintain and grow.
